Our Client is searching for amazing Support Workers to join her already incredible team. Our Client absolutely loves putting her tunes on and listening to her favourite songs as well as spending time with her grandchildren and her fur babies.

Laughter is key so bring your smiles and humour as our Client has a great sense of humour and loves a chat. Her days can vary, she likes to have pamper days painting nails or watching a movie, and one day would like to be able to go on a holiday with her family.
Our Clients’ Support schedule includes the following shifts, 8.00am to 11.00am, 8.30am to 2.30pm, and 1.30pm to 4.30pm, seven days a week. Support is required to assist with personal cares including catheter and bowel therapy care, meal prep and domestic support.
Along with her great personality she is also such an easy going soul. If you are enthusiastic, caring, patient and a person who genuinely has an interest in helping and creating a relationship the this could be your perfect role!

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities…
To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
Provide support to our Clients as required
Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
To be Successful you must…
Resonate with the role description above
Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Hold NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain)
Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain- preferred)
Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
Manual handling experience
