- Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops and monitors.
- Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
- Test and certify PCs.
- Provide follow-up on problems, escalations and requests.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
- Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according with the ticketing system.
- Provide on call support.
- Some travel.#L1-AS1
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Baseline/NV1 required for this role
- Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk side software support and / or service desk support
- Customer Service experience
