The Role
Field Operations Supervisor
This position is a hands-on, multi-site, Mobile Supervisor role, responsible for the overseeing of day-to-day CBD patrol operations, and field staff within the branch portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clear communication and direction to patrol staff
* Monitor and report on site operations.
* Organise Repairs & Maintenance with Contractors
* Carry out basic equipment repairs and fault diagnostics.
* Oversee the support and development of field staff.
* Liaise with Senior Management to assist with feedback to clients on matters on site operations.
* Provide relief coverage for other area operations managers as required during periods of absence
and annual leave.
* Provide advice and recommendations on potentials OH&S issues and future
infrastructure requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in an operational environment with some team lead or people management
exposure
* Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* High level administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Basic computer literacy and excel competency.
* Valid class c drivers license
* Security License would be beneficial.
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
