Due to recent restructures with our business, we are providing an opportunity for a dedicated Field Sales Manager to lead the sales team and facilitate the successful execution of the KPI’s for the business.
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of current trends and markets.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proven achievement of KPIs
- Experience in Microsoft programs
Tasks & responsibilities
Sales
- Responsible for the total sales of the sales team and ensure key KPI’s are executed.
- Provide suggestions and ideas on how our business can improve sales growth, profitability and formulate future strategies.
- Plan and execute inspirational and specific sales meetings in line with the company objectives.
- Analysis, identify and formulate strategies to overcome any shortfalls in sales or profitability performance.
- Provide weekly reporting to Management which covers the performance of the sales team, total business sales, potential new business opportunities and weekly and future objectives and goals for the business.
- Provide education programs/platforms and motivation solutions to the sales team and business.
- General sales administration duties as required on a weekly / monthly basis.
