Call A Cooler is a leading national provider of clean, filtered water to businesses of all types. Having grown over 25% in the last 2 years their products are being well recieved, backed up by their excellent service team. Water industry experience is not required as full product training is provided.
With exciting new products hitting the Australian market for the first time, a new position, Sales Manager has been created. We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who can take their sales’ team’s performance to new heights.
Based in their Sydney office, you will be the driving force; responsible for building, mentoring, training and motivating our sales’ teams and leading by example. Initially managing a team of 3 we expect this to double over the next 2 years.
An ability to build a strong rapport with customers and staff alike, is imperative.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
• Setting an example and the expectations of sales’ performance
• Facilitating staff training and development to ensure staff performance meets company standards of excellence.
• Implementing procedures that have been introduced and pre-approved by management; in relation to process, particularly focusing on sales
• Ensuring higher efficiency, better service and thus improving overall customer satisfaction.
• Managing and reporting on weekly and monthly performance
• Developing and nurturing relationships with current clients to better understand and fulfill their needs
Requirements:
• Successful previous experience as a sales rep consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence; credibly and effectively
• Proven ability to complete the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense
• Excellent training and coaching and leadership skills
• Effective time management, problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong customer service focus
Salary and Incentives:
Base salary $80,000 + Super + Bonuses. OTE $115,000
Structured quarterly bonus based on performance and results
