The Role
An opportunity has become available to join a small but rapidly growing team at Durst Industries. We are looking for a highly motivated well organized and well presented Sales Manager with a proven track record in achieving sales growth. Your task will be to develop and grow our sales team, managing our marketing activities and look for and grow new business opportunities. All the time managing and growing our existing accounts. The role is national and will require will require interstate travel to all the major business HUBS around the country
The Candidate
Reporting to the General Manager – this role is primarily responsible for;
- Ensuring Budget & Revenue targets are achieved
- Increasing sales revenue through the growth existing accounts including growing our channel distribution partners
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities in Australia and overseas
- Developing & maintaining sales action plans
- Reporting, compiling market intelligence
- Achieving set KPI’s
- Stakeholder management
- Ensuring customer relations are maintained
To be successful in the role, ideally you will poses the following experience and competencies;
Experience within a technical / engineering sales environment
Exposure to mining and industrial markets
Proven track record of successfully selling into industrial markets throughout Australia
Exposure to overseas mining operations would be ideal
