The Great Lawn Co is currently recruiting experienced Door-to-Door Sales Consultants with a proven track record in sales and appointment setting working across Brisbane and the Gold Coast to set appointments with clients requiring our valued landscape services to complete and get their properties looking fantastic.

About the Role 

• Appointment Setting: You love meeting clients at their homes, working in a direct sales environment, generating new leads, giving them an introduction to products and services and setting appointments 
• Products & Services: Our team supplies and installs the best turf and landscape products available that add value to clients homes and removes stress and pressure from their lives by ensuring that projects run smoothly. 
• Team: You love knowing that your part of a team with big sales targets and quality systems in place. You enjoy working independently, running your own day while ensuring that the bigger goal is met. 
• Targeted: You enjoy being given a location to work, taking a targeted approach in specific suburbs to identify suitable clients, introducing services and set appointments for sales reps to close sales 
• Organised: Our systems will give you daily locations to work, meet clients and introduce our services. Your team will help you confirm appointments and succeed in your role. 

About you: 

• Experienced: You will have experience in Door-to-Door Sales / Appointment Setting / Shopping Centres or Direct Sales - meeting clients at their homes and generating new business opportunities. 
• Communicator: You thrive communicating with customers, you love sharing product and service knowledge and helping clients get important projects finished. 
• Systems: You understand the importance and enjoy following quality systems to achieve predictable results 
• High Achiever: Your driven to exceed targets and love the thrill of the chase
• High Income: You want to use your communication skills and drive to earn a high income immediately
• Autonomous: You’re happy working autonomously, are happy working in different locations to deliver amazing service to clients while also being part of a bigger team 
• License & Vehicle: You will have a license and vehicle to get to work locations across Brisbane & the Gold Coast

What we offer

• Base Pay: A genuine base weekly pay of $800                          
• Pay-Per-Appointment: Get paid for each confirmed and attended appointment 
• Uniform: Uniform provided 
• Marketing: Marketing material provided to help you introduce products and services while meeting clients at their homes
• Organised: Your work location will be booked daily to ensure you have constant flow of new locations to book appointments and make money
• Systems and Support : We have industry leading systems and a great team to help you succeed
