The Opportunity:
We are looking for a customer centric Account Manager / Field Service Consultant to join our Customer Relations team in Wetherill Park, Sydney. As a Field Service Consultant, you will be responsible for our exclusive customer located in multiple sites and will regularly travel to other regions across NSW . You will work with store licensees and managers to improve the efficiency of delivery and storage operations ensuring customer expectations regarding assured supply, delivery, and storage standards are met consistently.

About the Role:
- Foster and maintain a positive relationship with the client at all levels and complete planned visitation schedules in accordance with service level agreements
- Assess restaurant storage requirements and capabilities and recommend appropriate improvements
- In conjunction with management and the Quality Assurance (QA) Team, ensure compliance with all QA, food safety and related programs to maintain product integrity and food safety
- Assist Restaurant Managers (Customer) with delivery management issues such as delivery windows, agreed delivery methods and follow up/investigate complaints concerning deliveries
- Assist with the investigation and resolution process of customer/restaurant/product complaints
- Conduct Inventory management training and delivery observations
- Assist with the implementation, monitoring and resolution of company credit notes and contribute as an active member of the product recovery team
About You:
- Client Relationship or Account Management experience preferably within the FMCG/Food / Retail industry
- Must hold a current drivers’ license and have a good driving record
- Possess awareness of WHS requirements
- Ability to engage with all levels of key stakeholders across the business
- Good influencing skills and attention to detail
- Be a self-starter who can manage your own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
- Regional / overnight stays will be required from time to time
