 About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a team of dedicated technical engineers across ANZ to provide technical support—installation, maintenance, and repairs on specialised Analytical Instrumentation - LCMS.

• Install, service and maintain Life Science instruments 
• Build specific product knowledge and competencies on high-end scientific devices specialising in microscopy
• Work closely with the Customer Technical Support and sales teams
• Provide technical support and advice to r academia/research and industrial chemical manufacturing industries
• Support other states/territories where required.

About you

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Field Service Engineer, ideally within science or a similar field.
• Expertise in Analytical Instrumentation – LCMS, GS, ICP
• Degree/Diploma in Scientific (chemistry/physics) Electronic/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
• Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT knowledge and skills
• Willingness to travel.
