We are on the hunt for a trade-qualified fitter to join our award-winning Field Service Team in Townsville. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Field Service Fitter, you will:
- Repair and maintain a wide range of CAT equipment, using cutting-edge technology to provide top-notch maintenance and installation services.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure safety goals are achieved through personal commitment, no harm to self or others and participation in safety initiatives

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- A trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting, or a similar field (Cert III Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years post trade mechanical fitting experience
- Must have previous experience with CAT machinery and diagnostic systems
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
- A continuous improvement commitment and positive attitude
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required
