Job Description
Hamish Bowman Properties is seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have Real Estate Experience, a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate team
- Manage current listings and sales pipeline
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- General office organisation
- Assist with marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Real Estate office or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
