We are on the hunt for a Field Service Diesel Fitter to join our award-winning team in our Harvey Bay/ Maryborough Region! This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role with overtime as required. As a Field Service Diesel Fitter, you will: Complete all repairs and maintenance in a safe and timely manner Plan and organise daily service requirements Maintain and complete all paperwork associated with job completion, including accurate service reports Ensure the quality of your work is of the highest standards at all times Monitor workflows and time to maximize efficiency and productivity Support a variety of customers and ensure they receive the highest quality service, for their Caterpillar machinery Why Hastings Deering? Field Service Allowance About You A successful teammate will have experience in: Relevant Trade Qualification in Diesel Fitting or equivalent with 3 - 5 years post-trade experience Ability to work autonomously in a field/site environment Demonstrated service and repair experience on Caterpillar or comparable equipment Proactive and committed approach towards safety and continuous improvement Strong communication skills including the ability to relate well to others across all levels Demonstrated commitment to customer driven principles and providing superior customer service Strong computer skills with experience on Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET,SIS) To Apply: Hit the 'Apply Now' button Enquiries: Please email recruitment@hastingsdeering.com.auContact Person: Jake Litzner - Talent Acquisition Partner About Hastings Deering Hastings Deering is one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
