About the Role:
This North Sydney-based position, demands the expertise of a skilled Supervisor to provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance services, and aftersales to a portfolio of diverse projects on the east coast of Australia.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travelling to various mining operations for regular on-site inspections and visits (various regions)
- Commissioning and installation of MINETEK's products, whilst providing support to customers
- Providing fast turnaround solutions to all technical issues that may arise during or after post-installation
- Liaising closely with key stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Identifying opportunities for future sales/further growth through effective networking whilst on-site
About You:
- A trade qualification, experience working in a similar role and highly capable in the delivery of equipment installs and troubleshooting
- A knowledge of the Australian mining operations in and around the hunter valley region advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good with customers and a willingness to develop strong networks
- A willingness to learn the products, understanding their capability and associated benefits that may support further sales opportunities
- Strong fault finding and independent problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude with the ability to remain productive and motivated
- Prepared to spend time away from home, with occasional overnight stays interstate
