Are you ready to take on an exciting part time role that drives growth and fosters long-term relationships? We're looking for a Relationship Manager to join Prestige Inhome Care in North Sydney. If you have a passion for building sustainable referral connections, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Generate new revenue by meeting potential referral contacts face-to-face
- Increase the volume of new enquiries by identifying and developing referral sources
- Build new relationships through research and identification of potential sources
- Maintain strong relationships with existing referral sources
- Manage and update the CRM Database (Sugar)
- Achieve Quarterly revenue targets for your territory
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and allied health professionals
- Solid planning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Strong and assured abilities in delivering presentations.
- Highly developed customer service and relationship management skills
- Organised and efficient with excellent administrative skills
- Current driver's license
