Job Description:
Service centre-based role primarily responsible for maintenance of medical devices which includes disinfection, repairs, functional and safety testing. Full training to be provided.
Scope:
- Perform remote or in-person assessment of products and troubleshooting with suspected faults.
- Implement preventative maintenance, testing, hardware updates and firmware upgrades
- Maintain documentation of service activity and an accurate product knowledgebase.
- Maintain asset management software to provide visibility on asset movements.
- Ensure sufficient inventory is maintained to support service centre activity.
- Assist service centre manager in maintaining quality processes for the site.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- Strong PC literacy: ability to enter work performed into a database in a timely manner.
