Your role…
Working within our technical field team, this role will focus on technology support. You will be someone with a broad technical skillset across a wide range of hardware and software technologies, such as:
- Understanding of general AV and control systems
- Audio setup and signal processing technology
- Understanding of AV control system programming such as AMX, Crestron, Extron
- IP-based signal transport, extension, and distribution technologies
- Digital audio signal processing technology such as Biamp, Bose, QSC
- Video streaming and recording platforms
- IP networks, switching and routing
- Experience desirable with Videoconferencing platforms such as Cisco, or Microsoft Teams.
If you’ve got experience as a Corporate Concierge, Venue Technician or AV/IT professional, then you could be exactly what we’re looking for. Even if you've got limited work experience but show strong technical talent, aptitude, and enthusiasm, we’d like to hear from you!
We’re looking for someone with…
- Experience in the AV or Technology markets
- A hands-on approach
- Experience in a customer support-style role
- A strong drive for success and development within their career
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- A competent level of basic computer, IT and/or AV skills.
