Looking for Field Service Technicians to join a local Mackay team. ASAP Start - GREAT remuneration.

Your new role
- Service and Repair: Maintain and repair material handling equipment in your assigned territory, ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Record notes and file service records appropriately - be a part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs.
- Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs.
- Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory on your service van and at customer sites professionally.
- Maintenance Tasks: Performing routine maintenance, both planned and reactive.
What you'll need to succeed
- Trade Qualification - Mechanical - HIGHLY desirable
- Previous hand on / mechanical experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
- Living locally in Mackay Region
- Have contactable references
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be working with a small team in the Mackay Region. You will be working on a Monday to Friday + Overtime basis (some weekends) - working 10 + hours per day. With this position, you will also be given a service vehicle that you can use for personal use. You will also have the opportunity to be home most nights and if you are required to be away from home overnight, you will be given an allowance, with meals and accommodation. There is all-on-job training provided.
