About the role
Main tasks: You will play a crucial role in providing installation support, training, and troubleshooting for conveyor belts and equipment.
Other tasks:
- Work closely with customers to ensure the seamless operation of conveyor systems
- Demonstrate your ability to work and think critically in time-sensitive situations
- Conduct maintenance checks and perform repairs
- Deliver operator and maintenance training
- Travel within Australia and New Zealand, plus some additional ad hoc international travel
- Manage priorities and timelines for customer tasks

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications, or equivalent working experience
- Necessary licences to perform Field Services
- Experience in a Field Service role involving mechanical/electrical expertise
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Previous experience with modular plastic belting, roller belts, or fragile product belting
- Experience in industries such as food, industrial, packaging, logistics, material handling, tyre & rubber, or automotive
- A track record of successfully coordinating factory acceptance tests & managing demonstration equipment.
