ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for candidates with an interest in technology and outstanding customer service skills to join our Central Coast team, based out of Wyong. No qualifications or specific prior experience required - full training will be provided to the right candidate.
As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for:
- The installation, upgrade, maintenance, and de-installation of EFTPOS/POS terminals, Cash Handling devices, and a range of IT devices and components.
- Providing customer service and on-site training to customers.
- Maintenance of stock and peripherals.
- Regular stocktakes.
- Meeting or exceeding KPI’s and SLA’s.
Full-time positions include a vehicle, training and all required tools.
Full-time applicants must be available to work approximately 8 hours per day Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and public holiday coverage also required on a rotating roster.
The preferred applicant for this role will be asked to consent to a current National Police Check.
ABOUT YOU:
- Basic computer/IT skills.
- A passion for technology.
- Self-motivated, highly organised with a focus on customer service.
- Proven experience working autonomously.
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence required.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
