We are looking for qualified Field Service Technician for our New South Wales Customers
You may be attending multiple customer sites per day and will be responsible for self-managing your time, equipment, and spare parts to provide quality service to all customers. Tasks will include servicing, maintenance, and repairs of the customer’s bus. You are required to complete job cards and maintain communication with colleagues such as workshop technicians and the spare parts team to maintain workflow and productivity.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel. Our customers are located throughout NSW, so you may be required to have overnight stays.
- Citizen or permanent resident of Australia, with full working rights
- Current trade certificate in the relevant field, as well as current experience
- Compliance with work health and safety obligations and relevant company policies
- Good communication and a positive attitude. Willing to go that extra mile with a smile! You must have a strong grasp of English as our staff and customers come from diverse backgrounds.
- Australian Driver’s License.
- Computer skills.
- Well presented and customer focussed
Desirable skills:
- Experience with commercial vehicles such as buses, trucks and light commercial vehicles.
- Heavy Rigid License
- Bus body building
- Diagnostic experience
- Willing to learn more!
