ABOUT YOU
You will be technically trained in an electrical or mechanical discipline, as well as a strong knowledge of electronics. A customer service focus with excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
Previous experience within the Coffee and Foodservice industry shall be highly regarded.
Your role as a Field Service Technician
- Execute service orders
- Perform Installation and commissioning of coffee machines
- Perform Planned and Reactive Maintenance.
- Perform operator training on the coffee machine and attachments
- Provide clear feedback on reason for service visit
- Participates on After-hours on-call roster
We would love to hear from people with:
- Field service experience
- Electrical and/or mechanical trade
- Skills in hydraulics, mechanics and electronics
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
