About the JobWe have an exciting opportunity within our team of technical services for a technician with mechanical experience to join our National Dispenser and In-Transit Concrete Management service team.
This is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Field Service Manager for Australia & New Zealand.
The successful applicant’s primary role will be the installation, maintenance and break down repairs of concrete admixture systems located throughout their territory including management of local contractors for remote locations.
In addition to dispenser the successful applicant will work closely with the VERIFI® Field Service team assisting with installations and maintenance a required.
VERIFI® is our flagship solution and the first-ever technology to address inefficiencies in the concrete delivery process by actively managing concrete from batch plant to job site. The automated system encompasses in-truck sensors, injection hoses, and data intelligence. It collects real-time data about the concrete properties as the concrete batch travels to the job site, and automatically adds exactly the right amount of water and admixture, as needed and if necessary, to keep and deliver the concrete as it was specified.
About YouThe successful applicant will have a good mechanical knowledge of Concrete Plants, Pumps and flow meters and the ability to work on heavy vehicles, a passion for sharing knowledge, flexibility, and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks and responsibilities and the ability to work unsupervised.
