The Role
Our Field Service Technicians are required to carry out repairs, service and maintenance on various construction machines with a core focus on the Dieci brand of products encompassing telehandlers, mixers and dumpers. Our technicians also have core focus on access equipment in particular the Genie and JLG brands. AWD also service’s and maintains products such as but not limited to forklifts and EWP of all kinds and are always continuing to expand on our service offering.
The suitable applicant will be a fully trade qualified, self-motivated, and energetic individual. You will have an established high standard of excellence and display an attitude that will complement the company’s commitment to customer service, which will be reflected in your presentation and workmanship.
About you
- Positive can-do attitude and strong worth ethics towards teamwork, safety and customer satisfaction
- Relevant accredited trade qualifications
- Valid (current) drivers licence
- Ability to work unsupervised in a time critical environment
- Demonstrated competency in the safe and correct use of all workshop equipment used to carry out maintenance on vehicles and plant
- Demonstrated competency in reading schematic drawings (electrical & hydraulic)
- Previous experience working with EWP’s, Telescopic Handlers, Materials Handling Equipment will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided for the right applicant
