Join our Sydney Professional Services team at Data#3 as a Field Service Manager.

As the Field Service Manager, you'll lead our hybrid team of technical services and project management professionals, ensuring efficient resource allocation, accurate financial forecasting, and effective performance management. You'll also manage customer relationships, resolve support requests, and contribute to strategic account planning. Leading by example, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and ethical business practices within the team.

In this role you will:

  • Schedule, resource, and coordinate Services Engagements, maximizing team utilization.
  • Identify and schedule skilled resources for customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with a National team for nationwide service delivery.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and development plans.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Assist in Operational Management and contribute to revenue forecasting.
  • Support project issue resolution and sales pipeline capacity planning.

About You

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a successful IT Services environment;
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience leading teams of 10+ people working on multiple projects and/or working in a similar role servicing multiple projects and clients;
  • You have proven leadership skills, having managed a resource pool of technical staff, including sub-contractors;
  • You are known by your teams and customers as having exemplary oral and written communication and negotiation skills; and
  • You have knowledge and experience with IT solutions such as Cloud, Modern Workplace, Security, Data and Analytics and Connectivity.
