We are seeking a Field Supervisor with specialty within Asphalting and Spray sealing, to oversee tasks associated in laying bituminous and other paving materials on roads, runways, parking areas and other surfaces to be paved at various projects around Tasmania. This role is suited for someone with technical ability, leadership skills and a strong zero harm focus at the forefront.
About You
Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (Highly Desirable)
Minimum 3 years' experience supervising projects - specialising in both Asphalt & Spray Seal
Previous 10 years' Experience within Civil Road Construction Industry
Responsible for the site coordination of construction and maintenance projects
Manage the day-to-day site operations including coordinating resources
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Kills
Proven Leadership and Supervisory skills
Ensure all work is of a high standard and carried out in compliance with the relevant project Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans
Flexible to travel when required
