We are seeking to recruit an energetic individual to join our Customer Support Department as a full-time permanent Field Technical Specialist based out of our State Office in Kewdale.
In the position of Field Technical Specialist, you will support the service function of appointed Mazda Dealers, providing technical advice and support in the areas of service (technical), warranty, recalls/rework and customer concern resolution.
We are seeking an individual who prides themselves on forward thinking and building relationships with all dealer business partners and stakeholders.
Some responsibilities of the role are outlined below:
- Monitor Dealer performance in areas such as facilities, equipment, and service standards.
- Advise dealers on service training requirements and conduct in house auditing.
- Liaise with the National Customer Service Department to seek clarification on policies/procedures, customer concern resolution and rework/recall directives. Report on field product technical concerns.
- Prioritise the timely resolution of cases and work with Dealers to manage and minimise the impact of these cases on the Dealer Network and MA.
About You
To be considered for the role you will require a Certificate 3 in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Light Vehicle) or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in either a customer service or technical support role in the automotive field.
- Strong automotive diagnostic skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel).
- Direct customer interaction, with demonstrated experience in working through and resolving customer concerns.
