Job role:
- Provide up-to-date technical advice on the compensation payment schemes
- Look for opportunities to train, coach and mentor the established team of Case Managers and upskill them on technical aspects of claims and new legislation
- Work in collaboration with claims team to ensure performance targets are met and customer satisfaction remains high
- Create and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally with direct customer communication as needed
- Maintain an awareness of industry and legislative updates
The ideal candidate:
- 5 years' experience managing claims within the personal injury space with an understanding of Workers Compensation
- Strong technical claims management experience
- Studies or experience in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing etc would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
