Embark on an exciting career as the Field Technician Administrator. In this vital role, you'll assist the field operations team to run smoothly and efficiently by providing administration support to both management and staff. You will thrive being a dynamic, organised, and reliable addition to the team! 

The role is a Fixed-Term Contract (8 months) with the possibility of extension, based in our Osborne Park Office and with the opportunity to work hybrid.

Your Role and Responsibilities 

  • Developing effective relationships with all key stakeholders, including other employees of Network Operations, Provisioning, Sales, Network Engineering, Infrastructure and the broader field operations team.
  • Developing, implementing, and periodic reviewing of registers for all aspects of field operations.
  • Ensuring all staff training is kept up to date for the requirements of the individuals role as per the skills matrix.
  • Making travel arrangements for field staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Assisting the Field Operations Management team to collate and develop reporting on field performance, safety and efficiency.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualities 

  • Experience working in administrative roles within the Construction industry.
  • Experience working with a range of key stakeholders.
  • High ability to manage through IT systems, with experience in using Customer Management Systems, Ticketing Systems and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Strong relationship building skills and attention to detail.

Satisfactory police checks, reference checks and working rights are a requirement of the role.
