What you’ll do
At MAX, we’re on the lookout for an eager, positive, self-starter to join our dynamic Technical Services Team, servicing Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas, ideally we are seeking a candidate who resides around the Deniliquin region
You will provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, focusing on excellent service delivery and positive customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
- Service, maintain and install Wagering and Gaming equipment located within our Venues, Clubs and Pubs
- Efficiently prioritise and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business to achieve SLA Targets.
- Be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
What you’ll bring
- Prior experience in a similar role servicing electronic equipment and a keen interest in electronics
- An eye for detail and an ability to diagnose and problem solve technical issues
- Enjoy working independently with strong customer service and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to undertake the physical demands required of the role
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and complete assignments within the expected timeframes
- Integrity, respect, honesty and a can-do attitude
- Willing to obtain, and maintain, applicable gaming and/or other licenses as required
