The Position
We are currently seeking Composite Field Technicians of all levels (Entry-level, senior technicians, and Supervisors) to join our Field Services team. The position would be well suited for individuals who have the ability to work autonomously with demonstrated asset maintenance experience in the mining/oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities/duties:
- Contribute to daily operations at the FUZE Perth based workshop
- Ownership and accountability in the successful site execution of works to suit client requirements
- Building and maintaining great client relationships at Site, following up on communications and any queries on time.
- Owning and promoting safe work behavior, ensuring everyone in the team is focused on safety and maintaining health and the environment
- Applying consistently all the established processes to ensure quality and integrity of all workshop and site executions, and raising any deviations to the right level for attention.
- Ability to work hands-on in remote locations, often as an individual representing the company on a client site.
- Actively participating in on-the-job training and development of the team, providing timely feedback and recognition
- Ownership and maintenance of all materials and equipment assigned to the field team, including following all OEM or company maintenance events, and chain of responsibility in shipping
- Actively participating in feedback and suggestions for improvements of all company systems used in day-to-day activities, with follow-up to close out issues.

- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry and great attention to detail skills
- Ability to maintain high-quality performance under time-critical scenarios
- Willingness to move across various remote sites to cover periods of annual leave
- Excellent time management skills in prioritizing and planning work activity to meet strict timelines
- Intermediate MS Office Suite Skills
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Current and Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Preferred candidates to reside in Western Australia
