About the Role: This menswear label takes pride in curating a wardrobe that reflects the essence of modern masculinity while remaining practical and affordable. As a Field Visual Merchandiser, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in bringing the brand's commitment to quality and affordability to life through visually engaging displays.

Key Skills & Experiences:

• Developing and implementing innovative visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's vision and values.
• Designing and setting up eye-catching product displays, window exhibits, and in-store layouts to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, including online platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Conducting regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and providing guidance to store staff on presentation techniques.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new visual merchandising opportunities.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen understanding of current fashion trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing displays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Benefits of the Position:

• $72PKG inclusive of a clothing allowance, discount, company car, and petrol card/mobile.
• Inclusions: Company car, petrol card, mobile phone, staff clothing allowance 50%, and $500 quarterly clothing allowance.
• Working alongside another FVM and reporting to a State VM.
• Area: Covering the North West side and CBD, with approximately 8-10 store locations.
• Ideally suited for someone experienced in overseeing larger scale stores, but open to candidates eager for a new challenge in the new year.
• Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
