We are looking for someone to join our beautiful practice. The role is advertised as a senior FOC.
- Full-time as 7 on 7 off
- Front office duties and senior admin tasks
- Leadership role to the Front Office team
- People management and 2IC to the practice manager
- Looking for a long-term career with future growth into practice management for the right person
- Excellent remuneration based on performance
The person can enter as a Front Office Coordinator and transition into a senior role over time if needed.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in similar role
- Capable of leading a team of Front Office Coordinators
- Take initiative to keep Front Office running smoothly and appointment book accurate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a dental reception or treatment coordinator role
- Capable of working within established policies, guidelines and procedures
