Full time - Dental Receptionist
About the role-
💉Patient Greeting: Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued when they walk through the door.
👨👩👧👦 Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment schedule, confirming and scheduling patient appointments, and coordinating with the clinical team.
👯♂️Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and process patient check-outs, including handling billing and payment processing.
📇Phone and Email Communication: This position handles incoming phone calls and emails, answers patient inquiries, and provides exceptional customer service.
📒Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal and insurance information.
Office Organization: Keep the front desk area organized and presentable, ensuring a professional and inviting environment.
👸🏼Team Support: Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and seamless patient flow, helping wherever needed.
⭐️Stock Management: Compile stock ordering list and place orders every month
🦷Clinical work: Chair-side assisting the dentist with various dental treatments when needed
🦄Sterilisation: Process and decontaminate clinical instruments and the environment when needed.
