Your new company Hays is in partnership with a large range of accommodation and catering service providers operating throughout Western Australia for mostly onshore vacancies. We are in high demand and currently needing experienced FIFO chefs to work across many of our small sites. Your new role You will need to be a Trade-Qualified Chef possessing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). These are bulk catering positions, and you will be required to work both day and night shifts, on small sites ranging from 20-350 within the WA region. These are generally 2 weeks on 1 week off rosters, working 10-12 hours per day. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, candidates will previously have fly-in-fly out experience or extensive bulk catering experience. You will also need the below:
Be Trade Qualified with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Have or be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance (valid within 3 months)
At least 3 months FIFO Chef experience
Provide 2 contactable references
Be able to pass a medical with a fitness assessment and consistent drug and alcohol tests
Must have a white card and a safe food handling certificate
Situated in WA and be able to FIFO from Perth airport
Needs to be able to work alone
