Due to expansion of project works we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors with at least 5 plus years experience within civils, dewatering, bulk earthworks and poly welding to join our ongoing works.
About You:
You will be responsible for the delivery of safe production and financial performance whilst maintaining sustainability through structured planning, client relationship management, contract compliance, effective project controls and people management.
Diligently managing the relationships with the client, you will ensure the company is compliant with its contractual obligations and that its interests are protected and maximised for the life of the project.
You will be a results focused leader with 5+ years of experience in project delivery across bulk earthworks/dewatering projects. Your ability to be responsive and find innovative solutions to increase productivity and production through effective management of project resources will set you apart.
You display and have experience in:
- Values driven leadership to the workforce, engagement and the development and promotion of safety (Zero Harm)
- Proven project supervisory experience
- Proven problem solving ability to deliver alternative outcomes
- Building and maintaining of strong client relationships
- Ability to analyse performance and drive improvement
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including liaising with all levels of the organisation
- An ability to adapt to unexpected situations willingly and re-prioritise accordingly, including redirecting effort and resources
- Current unencumbered WA "C" class manual driver's license
- Section 44/schedule 26 certified
- Construction Card
