About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated person with experience in concrete structures, which is inclusive of client engagement right through to handing over of a project at completion. The successful candidate will be required to oversee employees on various Tier 1, Defence Projects, across the NT.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, safely, within budget and to the required standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, quality and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
To successfully secure this opportunity, you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Concrete Supervisor.
- Strong, proven knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods and building codes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on large-scale civil projects is desirable.
- Extensive Concrete Experience.
- Providing hands on site leadership and direction ensuring the delivery of all foundations are on time, to the required standard with zero defects and incident and injury free.

Qualifications & Clearances & Licenses:
- Current C Class Driver’s License
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Work Rights
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance and Pre-employment Medical.
A remuneration package commensurate with skills and abilities will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
