To be successful, you’ll need:  Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants already residing in Australia, seeking Visa sponsorship Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery   Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking)  A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness  Strong cooking and food preparation skills including knife skills are essential  Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts  Why choose Sodexo?  Sodexo is the world’s leading provider of food services.
