JOB DESCRIPTION 
As a FIFO Remote Camp Chef with a focus on culinary excellence, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our food, customer service, and facilities to the highest of standards. Your expertise will contribute to creating a high-quality dining experience for those staying at our remote mobile camps.   

DUTIES INVOLVED 

• Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience. 
• Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation and comfort within camp facilities and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards. 
• Liaise and work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day running of our camps. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS 

• Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)  
• A clean National Police Clearance valid within 6 months. 
• Full unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence 
• Current valid First Aid and CPR Certification (certified by a Nationally Recognised Training Provider) 
• All successful candidates must be willing to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test. 

DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS 

• Current RIIVEH201 & RIIVEH305 4WD Certificates 
• ISI or DCGI Induction 
• Any related Rig Inductions 
• Relevant construction or mining certificates or cards 
• Previous experience working in remote environments
