Electrician required for FIFO work conducting maintenance on remote camp sites in South Australia

Hays have an opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our casual pool of staff to work on remote camp sites in South Australia.
Your new role
Due to the nature of the work these shifts will be ad-hoc and we cannot guarantee a regular roster as the work will be filling in for our clients permanent staff for sick leave, holiday cover or when extra preventative maintenance is required. The role would suit qualified candidates who are self-employed living in Adelaide and therefore looking to supplement their existing workload.
This role will see you attending to general maintenance and fault finding across the entire mine site village including offices, accommodation and kitchens. The shift pattern would normally be a 7 day or 14 day swing dependent on the sites requirements or the coverage required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a current South Australian A-Class Electrician and White Card, you will also need to provide a current national police clearance (no more than 6 months old) and full drivers licence. The successful candidate must be able to undergo a thorough full pre-employment medical including instant drug and alcohol screening.
This role requires you to fly out of Adelaide so would best suit candidates that live locally in South Australia and only candidates based in South Australia will be considered.
