We are currently seeking trade qualified Electricians to join our Delta FM team on a permanent full time or casual basis. You will join our small but committed Delta FM team who work on the remote accommodation sites across the Cooper and Surat Basin camps - servicing the mining villages in the region.
We are offering FIFO from Adelaide OR Brisbane - on a 14 days on/ 7 days off - 10 hours per day basis.
The Position
- Responsible for maintaining remote camp facilities, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, generators and handy man tasks
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
- Responsible for preparing new installations of industrial and commercial Kitchen equipment
- Perform maintenance and repairs to defective equipment and testing components
- Perform pre-start inspections and keep audit reports
- Ensure external suppliers, servicing and lease suppliers provide a prompt and efficient service
- Respond to urgent requests at site during out of hours/ on call periods
The Person
- You must have a fully qualified Electrical Licence (SA/QLD electrical licence is essential)
- Construction White card (essential)
- Manual Drivers licence (essential)
- Current LVR/CPR
- FIFO experience highly desirable
- The ability to work on call hours whilst at site
- Working at Heights and Working in Confined Spaces desirable
