FIFO Experienced Production Mining Operators

Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

One of our current projects within our mining portfolio includes the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project where IMC were awarded the 3 year contract for the Production Mining and Drill & Blast components. Due to continual growth and project ramp up, this operation requires additional skilled operators for Excavator, Dozer and All Rounder positions. 

Successful candidates would have experience operating D9, D10 and larger dozers, PC1250, PC2000 and larger excavators in a hard rock Production Mining environment.

Applicants must have proven experience in the following areas:

• Production mining Dozer (D9, D10)
• Production mining Excavator (PC1250, PC2000)
• PLUS at least one of either Grader 14M 14H 16M 16H or Loader 988 998
• Hard Rock experience preferred, lithium experience highly regarded

Essential criteria:

• Previous Production Mining experience
• Relevant operator experience
• Valid Driver’s Licence – Minimum
• Police Clearance within 6 months
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
