As our workload continues to increase, our refrigeration team needs to grow, we are seeking a fully qualified person to join our team. We are a family-owned and run business that operates in the Goldfields, covering a large area from Esperance to Wiluna and beyond.
We believe in developing long term relationships with our team members and offering full-time positions to all our staff, no casual or short term contracts.
Our work includes local government, mines, schools, hospitals, Water Corporation, real estate, indigenous housing, and more. Our work will take you to many different places including remote communities, where you will see a very different side of Australia. The majority of our refrigeration work is split system servicing and replacements. (Full bag cleans) As we work in some very rural locations, we are looking for someone happy to turn their hands to odd jobs that may be occasionally required.
Qualifications & Experience & Requirements
- Full refrigeration and Air-conditioning Licence - with refrigerant handling licence - essential
- Restricted electrical licence - essential
- WA White card (construction induction)
- C class licence (Manual) - essential
- You will be subject to random and routine drug and alcohol tests
- You will be required to pass daily morning breath tests
- Must be physically fit and able to meet mine site medical requirements
- Must be willing to get flu or other vaccinations if required as we work on mine-sites and at hospitals. COVID restrictions have been lifted for all sites.

- Wednesday morning to Tuesday evening shift (14 days on 7 off)
- Flights to and from Perth included (We will consider applicants in other locations if you are willing to cover cost to get to and from Perth)

- Live in a house with your own assigned room (not shared), common areas shared with other staff.
Attractive hourly rates will depend on relevant experience to the role.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Split system servicing, repairs and replacements, some new installations
- Freezer and cool room repairs
- Residential and mining work at various locations
- Maintain company vehicle with daily pre-starts
- Contact customers to arrange bookings between booking made by management
- Order gear and handle your own vehicle stock
- Take photos and job notes using servicem8
