About the role

• Processing incoming orders
• Review and process warranty claims and commissioning forms
• Handling customer enquiries such as invoicing, goods returns and machine panel numbers
• Invoice processing
• Allocation of credit and debit invoices
• General administrative duties

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• Previous Finance Administrative experience
• Invoicing and accounts experience is highly regarded
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills - phone, email and face to face
• Strong attention to detail
• Available to work Monday to Friday
• Current resume with 2x work related references
• Able to attend our Yeerongpilly Office for an interview
