- Allocation of credit and debit invoices
- General administrative duties
- Previous Finance Administrative experience
- Invoicing and accounts experience is highly regarded
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills - phone, email and face to face
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- Current resume with 2x work related references
