Job description

TPP OT Services is looking for an amazing human who has extensive experience utilising the NDIS Pricing Guide. The Finance and Customer Service Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing incoming customer and plan manager queries around finance up to and including creating/managing the invoices in our systems and liaising with customers for payment of invoices for the Therapy at Home part of our business.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations while also providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients, their families and other external stakeholders.
The Finance and Customer Service Liaison Officer (NDIS) will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Products and Customer Experience.

About the Role - Responsibilities
Managing financial transactions related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including invoicing and payments
Liaising with NDIS participants, families and external stakeholders to provide information and support regarding our products and services
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and regulations.
Resolving any financial queries or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to finances and Customer interactions.
Assisting with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Providing outstanding Customer Service to our clients and external stakeholders, addressing any queries with professionalism and empathy.
Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment that values teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Remuneration negotiated based on skills and experience
For this role you will have
Sufficient experience as an NDIS Plan Manager or utilisation of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits Guide
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or Customer Service, preferably in the disability support sector or within the NDIS framework.
Knowledge of NDIS funding processes, guidelines, and regulations is a must.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and IT
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
