Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct meticulous financial analysis to discern trends and mitigate risks. Prepare sophisticated financial reports for executive management. Provide financial oversight of aircraft repairs and maintenance activities including job costing and profitability, inventory procurement and capital expenditure.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate on the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor and analyse actual performance against budget, offering insightful explanations for variances. Drive enhancements in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Strategic Partnership: Forge close partnerships with business leaders, providing invaluable financial insights and support. Identify and present opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain intricate financial models for comprehensive business planning and scenario analysis. Evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives and projects, delivering well-founded recommendations.
Risk Management: Conduct thorough assessments of financial risks and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience providing financial/accounting oversight of cost of sales, inventory/spares and/or fixed assets will be highly regarded
• Profound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
