Known to many as a destination-employer with extremely low turnover and renowned for creating exciting progression, the organization have been through significant change in the last few years which has included some large funding they are in the midst of a transformation and now as they approach a critical time in the next phase of the journey the organization are looking to bring on several motivated individuals to boost the capability of the already thriving division.
The role is quite broad and will encompass;
- Support the month end process including revenue reconciliations and accrual calculations;
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations;
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts and weekly forecasts: and
- Improvement of existing financial accounting processes including automation, and partnering with the wider business.
This is a highly sought after role and not typically seen in the market. The role will suit an individual who has a curious mind and looking to continue to grow their career. It's a mixed role that requires you to wear many hats so will suit an adaptable and forward-thinking individual.
Ideally the successful candidate will be;
- Qualified CA/CPA;
- Preferably lives around the North Shore;
- Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail; and
- Looking to be a part of large, progressive organisation.
