Finance Business Partner

Our client is a dynamic and innovative international electrical goods company with a focus on local growth and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the ANZ FP&A Manager, the Finance BP will be responsible for supporting key aspects of the finance department whilst working with regional and corporate finance teams and corresponding departments.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Strengthening the forecast and budget processes around sales, trade spend, operational, advertising and admin expenses
• Identifying business drivers and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation
• Preparing comprehensive monthly management reports
• Working closely with the outsourced financial service team
• Working cross-functionally to develop dashboards to track both financial and operational KPIs
• Assist in the preparation of periodic business reviews
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in across accounting, financial analysis, commercial analysis, or a related role
• Strong self-leadership and self-management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools is highly desirable.
