Senior Finance Business Partner - Apac Region

The BusinessOur client, a global brand in the construction and building tools industry, has a need for an ambitious Senior Finance Business Partner to join their Singapore team. This is a permanent opportunity and is a great chance for someone growing into their career and wants to develop as part of a global company with a long-term plan for further career development.The RoleThis opportunity is going to be based with our client's Singapore office, while reporting into the local Head of Controlling for the Region. This roles responsibilities include:

• Work alongside the Head of Controlling to oversee the controlling functions for the APAC region
• Analyze and provide in-depth insights to key Business Partners on P&L performances and the review of Working Capital Balance Sheet accounts, pricing decisions, Headcount investments plans
• Consolidate and analyze monthly actual performances and issue flash reports to the Regional Executive Management Team
• Lead, drive and implement projects to positively impact productivity gains
• Responsible for periodic planning and controlling of costs for allocation
• Drive and implement simplification and standardization initiatives across the Asia Pacific region

The Person

• You will be open and flexible to international relocation, with the role being based in Singapore
• Qualified with a Masters Degree with an emphasis on Finance
• 4-7 years experience in roles across commercial finance
• Management and/or leadership experience will be greatly beneficial
• A strong communicator, able to build relationships with senior internal stakeholders
• An analytical mindset, with strong experience working across accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
