Our client is a dynamic, fast growing firm in the Property & Construction sector with a strong pipeline of projects in place. Due to the success, future growth plans and sustainable nature of the business, they will be able to offer a career trajectory over the medium to long term that may not be available elsewhere in the sector.
The Challenge
You will report into the Financial Controller and at times work directly with the companies ELT. Your responsibilities will focus primarily around the below;
- Driving project budget preparation and forecasts including cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Managing the feasibility projects for major upcoming projects
- Preparing monthly reporting for Corporate HQ.
- Provide financial analysis of the operational performance during closings.
- Drive accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial reporting.
- Coordinate the budget and forecast processes with stakeholders, working closely with business divisions and others to secure consistency, quality, timing, and transparency.
- Preparing payment run, raising purchase orders, posting vendor invoices, and following up on debtors invoices.

- You are CA/CPA qualified and have at least 5 years of experience
- You have previous experience working in a role with exposure to budgeting & forecasting
- Ideally have experience in a project-based business
- A sound knowledge of accounting concepts, financial reporting, management reporting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with non-finance stakeholders
