Finance Manager required for a successful and growing engineering / construction company

As a real success story over a number of years, this SME company aims to keep evolving and performing at a high level. A leading provider of infrastructure services, including project management, design and construction, there is a need for a Finance Manager to join the team.

Your new role

Reporting to the CEO and working across the different divisions, this is a critical role within the Company.

• Financial management & reporting including project costing
  
• Managing the financial performance of the business
  
• Cash flow reports, banking, debtors & creditor management
  
• Financial analysis and forecasting
  
• Taxation compliance and running payroll
  
• Preparation of commentary and presentation to board
  
• Overseeing a small team
  

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA or CA qualified
  
• Strong business partnering skills
  
• Experience of leading a small team
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
  
• Previous experience in construction or engineering is highly advantageous.
  
• Ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to work
  
• Knowledge of MYOB Adv or similar coupled with strong excel skills
  
• Exposure to process improvement & change
